Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy – Conscious Spa At Conscious Spa, I value your time, well-being, and commitment to healing. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please read the following booking and cancellation policy: Booking & Payment All appointments must be secured with a minimum 50% advance payment at the time of booking. Full payment can also be made in advance if preferred. Payment confirms your session and reserves the time exclusively for you. Accepted payment methods will be shared upon booking (bank transfer, secure payment link, etc.). Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of the deposit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 4 hours' notice) will be charged the full session fee. Why This Policy Matters As a mobile therapist, I dedicate significant time, energy, and travel to prepare for each session. Last-minute cancellations not only affect my schedule and income but also prevent others from booking that time. This policy ensures mutual respect, professionalism, and fairness for all. Exceptions I understand that emergencies happen. In genuine cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. I aim to be compassionate and fair, and will consider rescheduling where possible.
